2025 Grant Applications are now CLOSED
Grant Application Entry Date
Grant categories will be announced on Monday 3 March with applications opening on Monday 17 March and closing on Thursday 24 April at 5pm.
Grant Application Process - new system
A new grant application system has been implemented to streamline and simplify the entry process.
As we are using a new system everyone (even those who have previously entered an Award or Grant application) must register this year.
1 – Register to enter a Grant application
You must register by creating a log-in and password to use the application system.
You will be required to remember your email and password to enter Grant and Award applications.
After registering and logging into the portal, you will see an extended menu under ‘Start your Application’, where you can view and select an grant application form.
2- Starting your Grant application
Please ensure that you have read the Grant Assessment and Entry Guidelines prior to starting your application.
It is recommended that you save your Grant application answers in a Word document as a security measure, then copy and paste them into the application. Click here to download a Grant Application Template to use.
Click on your chosen Grant category under the ‘Start my Application’ menu, to enter the application form. The grant categories will only show when logged in.
3 – Saving a draft Grant application/s.
When you press save on the application page, it will save your progress.
If you are exiting the application to return and complete later, you will need to add your email address so an email with a link to your saved Grant application page will be sent to you.
4 – Returning to your saved Grant application/s.
When ready to return to your saved application, press the link in the email. You will be able to go back to previous pages in the application once in the application.
IMPORTANT – If you do not return to your draft application via the sent link, and return via the website, you will begin a new application in the same category.
If you misplace the email with the link to return to your draft, you will have to contact the VSGP office on 9576 0599 to resend the link.
5- Submitting your Grant application
Your Grant application will not be entered until you press ‘Submit Application’ upon which time you will receive a confirmation email of your Grant entry. If you do not receive this email, please contact the VSGP on 9576 0599.
You will not be able to make any amendments to your Grant application after it has been submitted.
