VSGP Wildplace at the Show
At the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show (MIFGS) 2026, the Victorian Schools Garden Program (VSGP) has invited Urban Discovery to create a unique garden experience for all show goers; young and young at heart.
This immersive garden playground showcases VSGP’s mission of fostering student learning, health and wellbeing through innovative and achievable design, education, and therapeutic solutions with one intention; excellence for children. Now and long into the future.
A cross pollination of research, pedagogy, regenerative design and Indigenous knowledges, Wildplace illustrates a necessary step forward in the design of children’s play and education spaces across all spheres of modern society.
We invite visitors of all ages to VSGP Wildplace at MIFGS 2026. Lose yourself in an immersive children’s play garden, where you can leave behind life’s troubles and rediscover the joy of making mud pies.
Wildplace 'Discovery Session'
Two Wildplace ‘Discovery Session’ (workshops) are being held during the show (Thursday 26 and Friday 27 March), to unearth & explore methods which optimise children’s play spaces and improve outcomes across all areas of learning, development, health and wellbeing. Click here to learn more.
