Applications for Awards are submitted via an online application form from this website with your presentation or video entry attached. Schools may enter multiple Award categories, however, separate applications targeting the specific category must be entered.
Award presentations are judged according to a determined set of judging criteria which must be addressed in your presentation/video. Judging is undertaken by the VSGP Committee Advisory Committee and Awards rewarded to the highest scoring schools.
All Award entries (with the exception of the HMA Writing Award and Kindergarten entries) are automatically entered into the Regional Awards from which the State and Kevin Heinze Perpetual Awards winners are chosen.
