Schools are permitted to enter more than one Award category however separate applications must be entered targeting the specific category. Multiply entries with the one presentation will not be accepted.
All Award entries (except the HMA Journalism Award) are eligible for a Regional Award from which the State Awards and Kevin Heinze Perpetual Award winners are chosen.
To Enter an Application
1 – Create a Log-In
In order to save your application and return to it at a later date, you must first register yourself using the registration form on the right hand side of this screen. If you do not register, you will NOT be unable to retrieve your saved application. You will be required to remember your user name and password in order to return to your saved application. Entrants who submitted a 2017/18 Grant or 2017 Award application can use the same log in details.
2 – Award Application Process
Go to VSGA Awards – 2019 Application Form to start your entry. Select the Award Application option and then the category you want to enter.
To save and return to your entry, click the ‘Save Progress’ button. You will then be able to return to your incomplete entry by selecting the category you had begun and re-launch your form.
Your Award entry will not be entered until you click ‘Submit Application’ upon which time you will received email confirmation of your entry being received. If you do not receive a confirmation email of your entry, please contact the VSGA on 9776 0599.
Once you have submitted an entry for a category, you will not be able to enter that category again. You will be informed that the webform is closed as it has already been submitted.
All Award entries must be received by 5.00pm on Monday 30th September to qualify.
